Alpro Coconut & Almond

New from Alpro in the fridge is this coconut and almond milk, it’s lovely to drink and delicious in breakfast cereal or overnight oats. It’s my new favourite dairy free milk alternative. I have found in Tesco and Dunnes Stores so far, I’m sure it’s available in all usual Alpro stockists.

Great Food Aromatic Moroccan Falafel & Mediterranean Falafel

I spotted these in Aldi just today, I didn’t buy them or try them but was very interested to see that they are free from gluten, dairy, egg and soya. Worth trying I’m sure!

Terra Nova Friendly Microflora and Living Multivitamin for Children

Wholefoods sent me samples of these Terranova Green Child Living Mulitvitamin and Friendly Microflora. Both products are for children aged 4-12.

The Living Multivitamin contain 13 vitamins and 10 minerals, and are dairy free, gluten free, wheat free, sugar free and vegan. The capsules are small and if your child cannot swallow them you can pour the contents into a yogurt or drink.

The Friendly MicroFlora is a probiotic for children which contains approximately 1.5 billion good bacteria per capsule. Probiotics are said to help build up immunity and support child’s general digestive health especially after antibiotics. They are dairy free and vegan

You can find these in any good health store.  I have been adding the probiotics to smoothies and yogurts for the boys for the past few weeks.

Disclaimer: All products mentioned are dairy free [January 2016], but as always all products are subject to change at the manufacturer’s discretion. ALWAYS check the label.

I was not paid to feature these products, and all opinions are my own.
