Stock Cubes and Stock Pots
I received a message recently asking which stock cubes are dairy free. I did some research before responding and decided to put a post together with the results. Please note this is my own consumer research and information is correct May 2015 but you must ALWAYS check packaging as ingredients are always subject to change.
Knorr Stock Pots
These are my current favourite stock in a hurry solutions. They are versatile and liven up a casserole or are nice cooked through rice or cous cous. Here is a list of the main stock pots available. Most are dairy free, and I’ve listed any other of the 14 allergens they contain.
Beef Stock Pot– dairy-free, gluten free.
Chicken Stock Pot- dairy-free, gluten free.
Vegetable Stock Pot – dairy-free, gluten-free, contains celery, celeriac.
Herb Infusion pot – dairy-free, (NOT gluten free), Contains celery.
Fish – dairy-free, (NOT gluten free), Contains Fish, May Contain Crustaceans and Molluscs.
Beef Gravy Pot – dairy-free, (NOT gluten free), contains Wheat, Barley.
Onion Gravy Pot – dairy free, (NOT gluten free), contains Wheat, Barley.

Rich Beef Stock Pot– Contains MILK, gluten free
Knorr Stock Cubes
Beef – dairy-free, gluten free, Contains celery.
Vegetable Cube – dairy-free, gluten free, Contains celery.
Chicken Cube – dairy-free, gluten free, Contains celery.
Lamb – dairy-free, gluten free, Contains celery.
Fish Cube – dairy free, gluten free, Contains celery, fish.
Pork Cube – dairy-free, gluten free, Contains celery.
Ham Cube – dairy-free, gluten free, Contains celery.
Baby Stock Cubes
Boots baby organic stock cubes come in Vegetable, Beef and Chicken and are all may contain milk.

Boots baby organic Chicken Stock Cubes – Contain Celery, May contain: Gluten, Egg, Milk, Soya, Mustard
Boots baby organic Beef Stock Cubes – Contain Celery, May contain: Gluten, Egg, Milk, Soya, Mustard
Heinz also make a baby organic stock cube selection but I cannot find information on ingredients at the moment. I will update this as soon as I can.

Brill I always thought knorr had milk in them
Hi do you know if the Knorr beef stock pots contain onion, I am currently on fodmap diet and onion is highlighted as high on this diet. The vegetable stock pots do outline onion but the beef one doesn’t but say flavours

I don’t know for sure Amanda, maybe drop them a mail. They do have leek in the ingredients and the white parts of leek are high fodmap if that helps.
