Recipe: Homemade Pork and Apple Burgers
|I found a new handy Friday night dinner, thanks to Claire for suggesting it.
You will need:
250g pork mince
1 eating apple.
How to:
Peel and grate the apple.
Mix with the mince and then shape into rounds.
Dry fry on medium on pan for 20 minutes or cook on a health grill if you have one.
Serve in a bun (gluten free if desired) with salad or chips.
