I made some ice-pops with chocolate soya milk, I wasn’t sure how they’d turn out as I’ve frozen plain soya milk before and it didn’t defrost very well. It seems eating it frozen is the way to go. They turned out lovely, the boys devoured them, and they were a little more of a treat than the regular watery ice-pops.
All you need is a carton of chocolate soya milk and some ice lolly moulds, pour it in 3/4 full and pop in freezer.
I’ve heard that making them with chocolate coconut milk works very well too.
