Free From Pancakes
|Hurray it’s Pancake Tuesday tomorrow! I adore pancakes, and so do the boys.. they want them for breakfast but as they aren’t the best at getting ready quickly in the morning, we will do them at tea time instead. A smaller than usual dinner and then pancakes for dessert, or maybe even savoury ones for dinner, we’ll see how it goes. I’ve been part of a collection of bloggers posting Free From Pancakes over the past few weeks and I am excited to try all the new recipes. My own was classic and simple Lemon & Sugar dairy free pancakes. Each of them is free from something and I’m sure you’ll find one to suit your particular allergy free diet.

What’s your favourite type of pancake and topping?
Even with all this inspiration I bet the boys will call for regular crepes like we usually make tomorrow, but our weekend brunches will be livened up trying all these in the next few weeks. Happy Pancake making and eating!
We always do our pancakes for dinner on Shrove Tuesday. Our rule is that everyone has to have at least one pancake with the savoury topping I make and then they can have sweet ones. Lots of great recipes that you have all been sharing.
They all look delicious! We are doing pancakes for dinner today too. I’ll do a mini dinner after school and then pancakes at dinner time!
