Avonmore Feel Good Soup
These are possibly more for dairy free adults but these Feel Good soups from Avonmore are just 100 calories and Mediterranean Vegetable and Tomato and Basil flavours are dairy free. I love them as a quick lunch to bring to work. The chunky vegetable one is so filling. The boys like them too. I generally wouldn’t give them low calorie foods but these are just low calorie because they are full of veg.
Bear YoYo Fruit Rolls
These are baked fruit rolls made with three or four ingredients, all fruit and vegetables. They come in Pineapple, Mango, Blackcurrant, Strawberry, Raspberry & Apple flavours. Handy to pop in a lunchbox or a picnic basket.
Kinnerton Easter Bunny
These are new for 2015 and look yummy. Kinnerton usually do a dark chocolate Easter egg and this is available this year too, but the bunnies are way more kid-friendly if your child likes dark chocolate. They are dairy free, egg free, nut free and gluten free.
After Eight Bunnies
Keeping it seasonal these After Eight Bunnies are may contain milk and look perfect size for Easter Egg hunts. I’ve seen them in Tesco and in Dunnes Stores.
Foods of Athenry Cookie Shots
These are out for a while have recently become more widely available, you can now find them in Supervalu and Dunnes Stores nationwide. They are Irish-made and are gluten free , wheat free, dairy free, egg free and vegan. There are 30 yummy mini biscuits in each bag.
We eat so many bear rolls here, they’re delicious (they pass very well as a good treat). It’s probably to compensate for over eating dairy in our case mind.
