What are the 14 Allergens?
The 14 allergens refer to the 14 most common food allergens which occur. This does not mean that other food allergens do not exist, they surely do, but it is a list of the most common ones. I’ve explained this before in a post about the new allergen labelling laws but here’s a simple post just listing the 14 allergens.

Here they are:
Cereals containing gluten Crustaceans Eggs Fish Peanuts Soybeans Milk Nuts Celery Mustard Sesame seeds Sulphur dioxide and sulphites Lupin Molluscs
