What are the 14 Allergens?
|The 14 allergens refer to the 14 most common food allergens which occur. This does not mean that other food allergens do not exist, they surely do, but it is a list of the most common ones. I’ve explained this before in a post about the new allergen labelling laws but here’s a simple post just listing the 14 allergens.
Here they are:
Cereals containing gluten Crustaceans Eggs Fish Peanuts Soybeans Milk Nuts Celery Mustard Sesame seeds Sulphur dioxide and sulphites Lupin Molluscs
