Marshmallow Pops

A simple to make sweet treat. Great for Easter dessert or any other occasion. Dairy Free and Gluten Free.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Marshmallows
  • 60 g Dairy Free Chocolate I used Moo Free Original
  • Sprinkles
  • Ice Pop/Cake Pop Sticks or Straws

Instructions

  1. Melt Chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Ensure not to let the water touch the base of the bowl. [Once chocolate has melted remove from heat immediately as it is inclined to start cooking.]

  2. Dip the large side of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and then into sprinkles. Place on a tray or plate chocolate side up. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to chill. 

  3. Once the chocolate has set place a stick into the base of each marshmallow and stand in a glass or jar. 

Recipe Notes

Decorate your jar with a ribbon or paint it (before you put pops in) if you are giving it as a gift.
