Smoked Salmon and Lime Spaghetti

smoked salmon and lime spaghetti

This is a very quick and handy mid-week meal and makes a change from pasta pesto when I’ve collected boys from school, brought them to 100 activities, helped with homework and forgotten to leave time for  feeding them! My boy who doesn’t like smoked salmon thought it was ham. I didn’t enlighten him. I’m sure it would work equally well with pancetta or bacon lardons if you can’t get them to eat salmon!
